Your Urban Abode is manufactured in the factory. Your Project Manager will keep track of the build, work through permits, and coordinate with the city to ensure minimal disruption to your life.
50% | On unit completion
Your Urban Abode is finished. We'll prepare it for delivery.
15% | On unit turnover
Urban Abode has received the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from your city. Your ADU has been delivered and you’ve had your final walkthrough and inspection. Congratulations!
