We will finalize your selections and all-in pricing.
Step 05 | Permitting
Urban Abode will complete the building permit application and submit it to the city.
Step 06 | Onsite construction
Urban Abode will complete your foundation in as little as 1 day with our innovative screw pile foundation system. We install the utility connections and are ready for installation day, good-bye noisy backyard construction.
Step 07 | Installation Day
Your Urban Abode unit is completed, delivered to site and installed. A walkthrough and touch ups are finalized and keys are handed over… your Urban Abode unit is finished.
